Parking permits

On 1 April the single new council for North Yorkshire launched replacing Scarborough Borough Council and other local authorites in North Yorkshire.

Permits, for residents, businesses, carers

As of April 2019 we are introducing a residents discount permit. Applications are now being accepted. The permit issued is free of charge.
