20 hours per week
Salary £18,065 - £21,166 per annum (pro rata)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and customer focused individual to join the Customer Services Team, based at the Town Hall, Scarborough in the Customer Service Centre, primarily handling telephone and face to face enquiries.
The post is 20 hours per week (to be flexible to meet the demands of the service).
As a Customer Services Advisor you will:
- Deliver a high quality front line service.
- Respond to a wide range of customer enquiries.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, ensuring that the service reflects the needs of its customer.
- Contribute to and support the implementation of changes and improvements in the service.
Equally important is an ability to work as part of a team, have a positive 'can-do’ attitude and flexibility in order to meet changing needs of the organisation.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
