If you’re receiving Housing Benefit / Local Support for Council Tax we may need to review your claim to make sure your claim details are up to date and you’re getting the correct entitlement. To do this we will ask you to complete a review form.
If you need to send us supporting information for your review you can email it to us at email@example.com
Once we’ve received your review form we will take account of any changes you or your household have had. We will send you a new Housing Benefit entitlement letter / updated Council Tax bill.
