NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting to be held at the Grand Hall, the Spa, Scarborough on 1 November 2021 at 2pm the Council will consider a recommendation from the Council’s local auditors, Mazars, in relation to an objection lodged to the Council’s accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 and subsequent recommendation from Mazars' dated 26 March 2021. The recommendation will extend the time limit set out in the Recommendation dated 26 March 2021 by which the Council is to issue a claim seeking a court declaration as to the status of harbour land in Whitby to 31 December 2021.
The agenda and report for this meeting will be published in accordance with the Council’s Constitution on 22 October 2021.
