Please note we will not be able to accept Con29 requests after 16 March 2023 until 3 April 2023 (new fees be will applied from 3 April see below).

This is to facilitate the merging of 7 Councils across the North Yorkshire area and also due to essential testing of our computerised CON29 system.

You will still be able to use Land Registry for your LLC1 requests.
