The sport grants scheme provides financial assistance towards the cost of sporting facilities and equipment. Grants may be available to both sports clubs and individuals. Advice may also be given on others sources of sports funding (lottery - Sport England etc.)

How do I obtain funding for my sports related project?

Your initial point of contact will be the Sports Development Officer, who will arrange to meet you and discuss your project and the funding options that are open to you and your organisation.

The Sports Development Unit offers help and assistance to any club, individual, school or organisation seeking funding from external organisations.

The SDU can assist with the preparation of application forms and also arrange meetings with relevant personnel from funding organisations.
