Eastfield Cash for Causes grant scheme

Cash for Causes was launched in July 2021 and is a £150,000 investment over 3 years for projects that benefit the Eastfield ward.

There is no upper limit to the size of grants awarded and a ‘micro grants’ scheme is available for smaller informal groups with an idea they wish to try out in their community. Cash for Causes is designed to support as wide a variety of projects as possible and is open to applications from charities, community groups, voluntary organisations and private businesses where they can demonstrate the project will be delivered solely for Eastfield community benefit and impact under one or more of the following interventions:

• People
• Place
• Aspiration
• Community Facilities
• Employment

Applications may be submitted at any time and will be considered by a panel of residents and stakeholder organisations.
