Direct Debit provides a secure and easy way to pay your bills. It gives the opportunity to pay on the 1st, 15th or 25th of the month, and to spread your payments over 10 or even 12 months.

By phone
Telephone Payments. Please call the Council's 24 hour Automated Telephone Payments System on 01723 232523 and listen to the menu selections, and remember to press * after each section as instructed.
In person
Cash Payments. For customers who prefer to pay with cash, payments can be made at local Post Office or retail outlets where the PayPoint sign is displayed. When you receive your bill displaying the PayPoint barcode you need to take your bill to any Post Office, or retail outlets where you see the PayPoint symbol. To find the nearest outlet, please visit the PayPoint website.
