Personal licence - lost, stolen or change of details

On 1 April the single new council for North Yorkshire launched replacing Scarborough Borough Council and other local authorites in North Yorkshire.

If you have lost your personal licence or had it stolen, you must contact us for a replacement.

Fees

The fee for a replacement Personal Licence is £10.50 payable online AFTER we have received the relevant forms from you (below).

Change of details

If you are applying to change the details, both the A4 paper and plastic card licences must be returned along with the application form. If you are unable to return either of these licences then you must state a reason why.

Loss of licence

Please return the form to us.

Processing and timescales

Applications will be processed within 14 days.
