You must have seven or more permanent members living in your home to qualify for additional capacity OR a recognised verifiable medical condition. In receiving additional non recyclable capacity you must also increase the size of your recycling bin and demonstrate to an enforcement officer that you are taking steps to minimise the waste produced within your home.
