Demolition - control and advice
Owners wishing to demolish a building must give notice to the
local authority under Section 80 of The Building Act
1984.
North Yorkshire Building Control Partnership (NYBCP) administers
this service on behalf of Hambleton, Richmondshire, Ryedale,
Scarborough and Selby Councils.
