What if I have more than five items to collect?
If you have more than 5 items, we can still collect them but
we will need to contact you to arrange a time and price. Fill
in our
online form, select
'more than 3 items' from
the options and we will get back to you.

What about metal items, can they be
recycled?
Metal items, e.g. filing cabinets, will often be collected for
free by scrap merchants, please contact a local dealer who will be
happy to help.

found within the home, for example fridges, televisions,
computers, toasters and vacuum
cleaners.

Where should I leave my collection items?
Items for collection need to be placed outside your home in an
easily accessible position by 6am on the day booked for
collection.
Can you come in to my home to collect items?
Unfortunately, we cannot come into your home when making a
collection. Special requirements can be made for the
elderly or disabled.
Can I cancel a collection?
Yes. In the event of a cancellation you must let us know, giving
a minimum of 48 working hours notice prior to the agreed date of
collection.
If we have to cancel the booking for reasons outside our
control, we will give you as much notice as possible and an
alternative collection date will be offered.
