Housing Benefit - appeals
If you are unhappy with any decision regarding your claim, you
can ask us to look at the decision again.
In most cases you will need to do this within one calendar
month of the date of the decision letter and in special
circumstances up to 13 months.
This must be done in writing and sent to the benefits
office.
