Providing access to residential or commercial property over the pavement i.e dropped kerbs for vehicle access.


Vehicle Crossings

The Borough Council has a formal agreement with NYCC to maintain the highway network (roads, footways, street lights etc) within the urban area of Scarborough including Scalby, Osgodby, Eastfield and Crossgates.
