The Borough's Parks
The Parks and
Countryside Services team carry out a wide range of tasks
associated with management of the parks such as grass cutting tree
and shrub maintenance and leaf clearance.
The towns of Whitby Scarborough and Filey all have very diverse
parks and gardens from the genteel Italian Gardens in Scarborough,
and Whitby's Pannett Park to the Northcliffe Gardens in Filey with
splendid views of the Brigg.
Falsgrave Park in Scarborough with its unique split level is
home to the Borough’s first Green Flag.
Stunning and colourful
flowerbeds, feature beds and roundabouts, created by an gold
award winning team can be seen all over the Borough.
