Licensing Act 2003 - Fees & Charges
All fees relating to the Licensing Act 2003
have been set by Central Government.
The fees are based on the non-domestic
rateable value of the premises. To find out how much the
non-domestic rateable value of your premises is, you can enter your
details into the Valuations Office’s website at http://www.voa.gov.uk/
The fees are divided into five bands:
