Telephone disruption

Scarborough Borough Council is likely to experience some
problems with its telephone lines this morning.
The council has recently
been experiencing crackling on many external telephone calls and
engineers are scheduled to undertake testing from 11.30am this
morning, which may result in a loss of phone lines. The work
is estimated to take approximately one hour.
