Free advice for residential landlords
Landlords with
responsibility for residential properties are being invited to
attend a free event taking place this week that will give them
valuable advice and information about many of the issues they have
to deal with in their role as landlord.
The Landlord Forum, which
has been jointly organised by Scarborough Borough Council’s housing
and benefits teams, will take place on Wednesday 26 January in the
Sun Court Suite at Scarborough Spa between 2pm and 6pm.
There will be informative
presentations from Safer Communities Partnership, National
Landlords Association, Winn & Co Accountants and other
presentations about financial inclusion and loan sharks, and
forthcoming housing benefit reforms. There will also be exhibition
stands manned by staff from 18 other agencies across the
borough.
