NHS launch Find the 5000 campaign
Over 40 years
old?
Not had a blood pressure check in the last five
years?
If so, you might be one of the 5000 people across North
Yorkshire and York who could be at risk from hypertension and high
blood pressure.
NHS North Yorkshire and York’s Find
the 5000 campaign is asking you to arrange a blood pressure check
at your GP practice if your answer is yes to the two questions
above.
