Burniston Road car park
Situated on the A165 Burniston Road close to
the old Kinderland site. The car park is suitable for access to the
North Bay beach and amenities as well as Scalby Mills and the
Sealife Centre, the site is also close to Peasholm Park, North Bay
Railway and The Sands development.
Open Air Theatre Parking
Accessing the Open Air Theatre from this car
park is easy. At the very rear of the overflow car park a
pathway takes you down to a footbridge over the North Bay railway,
over this bridge and turn right and you are able to access the
lesser used Entrance to the Open Air Theatre.
On leaving the Theatre return the same way to
avoid the main exit.
When leaving Burniston Road Car Park vehicles can turn left onto
the A165 for the A64 York, the A170 Thirsk and the A165 Bridlington
and a right turn for Whitby, Scalby, Burniston and all other
directions to the north of Scarborough.
