How do I recycle glass?
Glass can be
recycled at one of our mini-recycling
centres located across the Borough.

call Customer First on 01723 232323.
Glass cannot be recycled
via the blue bin or sack.
You can see this entire sorting

All glass collected in the borough
is taken to Glass Recycling UK in Barnsley
where it is manually sorted, crushed in to cullet, ceramics
& metals removed then sent off to manufacturers to be turned in
to new bottles and jars.
