Transport Assessment
A
Transport Assessment should be submitted as part of any planning
application where the proposed development has significant
transport implications.
For smaller schemes the Transport Assessment should simply
outline the transport aspects of the scheme but for major proposals
the Transport Assessment should illustrate accessibility to the
site by all modes of transport, as well as giving details of
measures which will:
- improve public transport
- reduce the need for parking
- mitigate transport impacts.
