Planning Obligations-Draft Heads of Terms
Planning Obligations or “Section 106 Agreements” are private
agreements negotiated between Local Planning Authorities and
persons with an interest in a piece of land.
Agreements are usually required in connection with major or
complex schemes and occasionally with certain minor
developments.
