Validation Criteria Prior Notifications

The following is a list of National and Local Validation requirements of information needed to support an application for Prior Notification of Proposed Agricultural or Forestry Development for a:

• Proposed Building
• Proposed Road
• Proposed Excavation/Deposit of Waste Material
• Proposed Fish Tank

National Requirements

• Application Form or written description of the proposed development and the materials to be used
• A plan indicating the site
• The Appropriate Fee 

Local Requirements

• Plans (Proposed Buildings only)
• Photographs/photomontages (Proposed Buildings only)
• Planning Statement of need and functional requirements with reference to landscape impact (Buildings/Roads applications only)
• Planning Statement of need and functional requirements with reference to source/destination of materials and landscape impact (Excavation /Deposit of Waste Material applications only)

Please Note
There are no Local Requirements relating to applications for Prior Notification of Proposed Agricultural or Forestry Development for Proposed Fish Tanks
