Supplementary Planning Guidance

Prior to the production of the Local Development Framework, the Planning Section adopted a number of Supplementary Planning Guidance Notes which related to existing policy in the Scarborough Borough Local Plan.

In addition to formal SPG notes, the Council has also adopted a guidance note on Flat Conversions and clarifies what the Council will expect in terms of internal and external improvements as part of the conversion process.
