Online applications allows you to view and track planning
applications.

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the Council are
protected by the Copyright Acts (section 47, 1988 Act).
You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for
consultation purposes, to compare current applications with
previous schemes or to check whether developments have been
completed in accordance with approved plans.
Further copies must not be made without expressed consent of the
copyright owner.
Accuracy of information
Scarborough Borough Council provides this service for
information purposes only. The Council seeks to meet the highest
standard of information quality and every attempt has been made to
present accurate and up-to-date information. If you do find
potential inconsistencies please email planning.services@scarborough.gov.uk
with the relevant details and the matter will be investigated.
The consultation period on planning applications will not
normally be extended because of the inaccuracy, misuse,
misinterpretation or absence of any information on the Council's
web sites or an inability for whatever reason to view information
on the web site . If this is a matter of concern, please contact
planning.services@scarborough.gov.uk
and make representations in writing.
The Council accepts no liability for any loss, damage or
inconvenience caused as a result of reliance on information on the
web site and cannot be held legally responsible for representations
from anyone commenting on planning applications which may contain
libellous or defamatory statements.
