Grants - community facilities
Yorkshire Rural Community Council (YRCC) has three rural
community halls advisers and provides the Yorkshire Rural Community
Halls Advisory Service. The officers can give advice on funding for
village and community halls plus a wide range of issues such as
hiring, licensing, constitutions, charitable status, health and
hygiene and much more.
The advisory service is free of charge. In addition YRCC
operates a Rural Community Halls Association to which hall
management committees can join and enjoy additional benefits such
as a regular newsletter, training and information events.
YRCC is a countywide voluntary organisation which works to
enable communities to improve the quality of life for all people
living and working in rural Yorkshire.
