Busy entertainment season ahead at Whitby Pavilion
The summer
line-up has been revealed at Whitby Pavilion, with theatre and
drama taking centre stage.
The full programme for the season has now been
announced, with highlights including a Whitby Amateur Dramatic
Society summer production of Wife after Death, a range of top
festivals including Whitby 60s Weekend and Whitby Folk Week, plus
the return of popular theatre company Just Happy To Be Here,
presenting Perfect Pitch and the Last of the Red Hot Lovers.
Other highlights include the VMF Scooter
Rally, the Goth Weekend and plenty of drama productions, with all
the latest films shown on the Pavilion’s digital cinema throughout
the summer.
Scarborough Borough Council Head of Tourism
and Culture, Brian Bennett, said: “We have a great line-up of
entertainment for all ages and tastes this coming season. We have a
whole range of new shows and music in the programme which hopefully
will go down well with our audience and we hope they will attract

This captivating thriller employs a play

actors rehearsing their own murder mystery. An intriguing final
